Shipping policy

Please allow approximately 2-4 days for your order to process and then 2-3 days for shipping. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. 

We recommend that you track carefully your package, once delivery details have been sent to you. In the event that you have not received your package that claims to be delivered please contact us at info@elevebyfatimah.com and we will do our best to locate your order or replace it.
